Welcome to the harder SUP stuff!
If you would like to take your paddling to the next level then check out our intermediate and progression sessions.
These sessions are aimed at regular paddlers who are looking for longer trips and new challenges. These sessions will vary as we are always looking to help our paddlers progress.
“We have 10 years experience in Stand Up Paddleboarding and over that time we have tried out many types or SUP equipment from a multiple range of brands.”

What we offer
Progression
Kew to
Hammersmith/
Richmond Guided
These trips are timed around the Ebb or Flood tide and aimed at paddlers looking to improve their technique. We will use the end of the ebb/flood tide and start of the flood/ebb to take us as far as we can get whilst developing technique and safe river navigation. Check the tides to see which way we will be paddling.
Progression
London Zoo/Camden via Maida Hill tunnel or Kensal Rise
These trips are for paddlers looking to progress and paddle further. We will either paddle as far as we can along the Grand Union canal or navigate the Maida Hill tunnel onto the Regents canal towards London zoo and Camden. For Tunnel navigation Active 360 coaches and lights are necessary.
Progression
Rough SUP Confidence Building Workshop
Rough SUP means getting a Stand Up Paddleboard out on fast moving and turbulent water. This means frequently feeling very unstable and often falling off. It rapidly improves balance and self-rescue skills and is great fun. We always organise these sessions in suitably safe locations and have specialist whitewater boards available for hire.
